Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as electronics repair shop, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
Brake, transmission, exhaust and glass work is often done by specialty shops that see the same job dozens of times a week. Brake shops replace pads and rotors the same day and usually inspect for free; transmission shops rebuild or replace automatics and clutches, a multi-day job that deserves a second quote; muffler and exhaust shops weld custom pipes and replace catalytic converters, which in many states must meet emissions rules. Alignment and suspension shops fix pulling, uneven tire wear and worn shocks, and radiator shops handle overheating and cooling-system leaks. Auto glass shops replace windshields, often at your home or office, and recalibrate the driver-assistance cameras mounted behind the glass. Window tinting and car audio shops round out the group.

I have had Ken fix several electronic equipment for me, including various reel to reels, receivers, TurnTables and other audio equipment. Not only does he fix it , he offers advice to keep them in optimal shape, nice guy and great work, honest guy! He is the only person for me and my musical equipment!

If you listened to your Beatles albums in the 1970s and your dad's jazz records from the 1950s or searched through bins of used vinyl at flea markets in Scranton, PA for Waylon Jennings only to discover that when you went to try to play them all your equipment won't work because it's been sitting in the closet for decades Audiotronics is the place to go. Tucked away in a small business area with coffee shops and behind converted storage units you'll find Ken, an honest proprietor that got my stereo up and running. Some stuff couldn't be saved so i matched it with used equipment in great shape and priced within my budget. It was well worth the 70-mile trip (each way) as it won't be easy to find a place like this.

He looked at a very old guitar tube amp I had which blew up in the 80s and sat. He deemed it was unsalvageable but he didnβt charge us for looking at it. In about a months time, I studied the schematic, learned amp repair, and got it running myself as good as new. He gave me the courage and now I have a new hobby and a working amp, all for free. A+!

Update: He fixed my Dayton 1000w subwoofer amplifier. He got it done super fast, was friendly and knowledgeable as always. Previous: I had him fix an NAD2600A. He knew the problem before fixing it and it works awesome now. I have been looking for a place to repair my Klipsch KSP-300's for quite a while. I'm so happy. This is a great place to get your amplifier repaired. The price was great and the customer service was great. Thank you very much and I'll be back. I'm happy to continue enjoying these great speakers.
